I charge a 30% cancellation fee for any cancellations at a 48hr window and a 50% fee at a 24hr window. All no-shows or day of cancellations will result in a 90% cancellation fee. Re-do/Refunds We take pride in and guarantee our work. If you are unsatisfied we happily offer redos. Client redos will only be honored if we are contacted within 7 days of the original service. We DO NOT offer refunds.
